CL stands for child lock, which means it is safe from curious little hands. Just like its smaller counterpart, you simply press down firmly on the top of the tank and then twist it, just like a medicine bottle.
CL Tank includes some standard features such as top filling, a Pyrex glass tank section, and what Kanger calls a symmetrical airflow. Kanger has also stated that the CLTANK is leak-free, which is a first for a mainstream tank from a major company. This is achieved by having the coil screwed into the top of the tank, not the bottom, meaning the bottom of the tank has no place for the liquid to escape, just like a cup.
